Open a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in New Hampshire
On June 26, 2013 the Legislature voted 284-66 Wednesday on compromise legislation that Gov. Maggie Hassan has said she will sign. The bill allows patients diagnosed with cancer, Crohn's disease and other conditions to possess up to 2 ounces of marijuana obtained from one of four dispensaries authorized by the state. On July 23, 2013 Governor Maggie Hassan signed the bill into law. 2 Alternative Treatment Centers (ATCs) are slated to open in 2015, and the process for 2 more ATCs should open in July 2015.
