  • Washington // In Washington, individuals age 21+ may be in possession of Marijuana, and state licensed businesses may cultivate, process and dispense marijuana.
  • Washington DC // In Washington DC, all individuals ages 21 years and older may posess and use marijuana. Qualified patients may posess, use, and access medical marijuana. State-licensed organizations may grow, process, and dispense marijuana for medical purposes only.
  • Pennsylvania // In Pennsylvania, qualified patients may possess and use medical marijuana. State licensed businesses may grow, process, transport, and dispense medical marijuana.

    CBD Only States:

  • Iowa // In Iowa, qualified patients may use, possess, and access low-THC cannabis oil. Production, delivery, transportation, and dispensing of cannabidiol is allowed by authorized license holders.
  • Alabama // In Alabama, medically qualified individuals may obtain CBD oil through a physician. All other marijuana possession, use, distribution or cultivation by an individual or business is illegal.
  • Georgia // In Georgia, CBD oil derived from Hemp is legal for all individuals to possess, but CBD oil derived from Marijuana is only legal for medically qualified individuals to possess. It is illegal to sell or cultivate marijuana, but possession of marijuana is decriminalized.
  • Kentucky // In Kentucky, all individuals may possess and use CBD Hemp oil. Limited individuals with medical approval may possess CBD oil derived from marijuana.
  • Mississippi // In Mississippi, qualifying patients may use and possess CBD oil. Only the University of Mississippi may produce and dispense the CBD oil.
  • North Carolina // In North Carolina, qualifying patients can possess and use CBD products. The state does not have or allow a regulated system for cultivation, production, or dispensing of the CBD products.
  • South Carolina // In South Carolina, qualifying patients can possess and use CBD extracts. The law does not allow for home cultivation or a state-regulated dispensary system.
  • Tennessee // In Tennessee, qualified patients may possess and use CBD extracts. The current law does not allow for a state-regulated dispensary system.
  • Texas // In Texas, only medically qualified individuals may possess or use CBD oil. State licensed businesses are allowed to dispense, cultivate and process low THC marijuana.
  • Wisconsin // In Wisconsin, qualified patients may possess and use CBD extracts. State-permitted physicians and pharmacies may dipense CBD extracts to patients.
  • South Dakota // In South Dakota, individuals may not possess marijuana for recreation or medical use. A bill that would allow Cannabis oil use by medically qualified individuals was approved but will only take effect if the FDA approves it.
  • Wyoming // In Wyoming, it is legal for medically qualified individuals to possess CBD oil, but there are no methods provided for obtaining CBD oil in Wyoming. All other use or possession of marijuana is illegal.
  • Indiana // In Indiana, it is legal for individuals to buy, possess, and sell CBD oil derived from Hemp. However, CBD oil derived from Cannabis is still illegal. All other use, possession, cultivation, or dispensing of Cannabis is illegal for individual or businesses.
  • Virginia // In Virginia, qualified patients may possess and use CBD extracts. State licensed pharmacuetical processors may cultivate, process, and dispense the CBD extracts to patients.

    Dry States:

  • Nebraska // In Nebraska, it is currently illegal to possess, cultivate or dispense marijuana for any reason.
  • Idaho // In Idaho, all forms of marijuana are illegal to possess, use, cultivate or distribute for individuals and businesses.
